Develop custom curved-hem wide-leg jeans for OEM, ODM or private-label collections. Reference HANAHLR03 combines a mid-rise crossover waistband, cropped wide-leg proportion, curved high-low hem and functional front and rear pockets. Its verified composition is 59% cotton, 30% polyester and 11% elastane, with a soft, lightweight hand and four-way stretch.
Use the displayed style as a development reference or adapt it to a buyer specification. Confirm the crossover geometry, fit, leg volume, hem shape, fabric behavior, pockets, finish, measurements, labels and packaging through sampling before bulk production.

What Must Be Approved Before Bulk Production?
Approve the crossover angle, overlap, mid-rise position, waist-to-hip balance, crotch and seat fit, thigh and leg-opening volume, cropped length, curved hem profile and pockets on the finished garment. State whether measurements apply before or after finishing. Define any stretch, recovery, shrinkage, opacity or tolerance criteria in the buyer specification; this page does not claim unverified results.
Crossover Waist as a Fit System
The crossover waistband changes both the visual waistline and the way tension passes across the front body. Overlap angle, extension length, waistband width, fastening, front rise, back rise and hip shape must be developed together. Treating the crossover as decoration on an unchanged block can create gaping, rolling or an uneven waistline.
Review the sample while standing, sitting and moving. Confirm overlap position, front symmetry, fastening security and waist-to-hip transition. If the rise or fabric changes, reassess the crossover geometry instead of transferring the original measurements unchanged.
Wide Cropped Leg and Curved Hem
The leg reads as a cropped wide-leg or denim-culotte proportion rather than a conventional full-length baggy jean. The curved high-low hem is a primary design feature: its front and back drops, side apex, opening width and relationship to the inseam determine the final silhouette.
Define outseam, inseam, thigh, knee if applicable, leg opening and each curved-hem landmark. Approve both legs together for symmetry and confirm how the curved profile grades across sizes. The hem should retain the intended flow without twisting or producing inconsistent floor clearance.
Stretch, Drape and Recovery Approval
see denim wash and finishing support
The verified four-way-stretch blend can support movement, but wide-leg drape and waistband stability depend on more than fiber percentages. The live page does not publish numeric recovery, growth, shrinkage or opacity results.
Approve the selected fabric in garment form. Review whether it holds the crossover waist while allowing the wide leg and curved hem to hang as intended. Where performance limits apply, document the conditioning method, measurement method and acceptance criteria, then reassess the waist, seat, knee area and hem after the agreed procedure.
Pocket Placement and Front Balance
Front pocket openings sit close to the crossover waist and can affect the visual balance of the upper garment. Pocket angle, depth and bag attachment must not distort the overlap or add unwanted bulk. Rear pocket placement should remain balanced with the yoke and wide-leg silhouette.
Define pocket dimensions and placement landmarks in the tech pack. Review access, bag coverage, reinforcement and symmetry on the fit sample before bulk cutting.
Finish and Finished Measurements
The reference has a classic faded denim appearance, but no wash chemistry or numeric shade standard is published. Provide an approved garment, swatch or visual reference when a specific effect is required. Finishing can affect shade, hand feel, stretch behavior and measurements.
For repeat production, compare the crossover waist, pockets, seam lines, curved hem and final dimensions with the buyer-approved finished reference. State whether measurement requirements apply before or after finishing.

Buyer Requirement and Approval Controls
| Buyer Requirement | Manufacturing Risk | Control Method | Approval Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stable crossover waist | Overlap gaps, rolls or shifts | Develop angle, extension, fastening, rise and hip balance together | Buyer-approved fit sample and construction spec |
| Balanced cropped wide leg | Leg volume or length changes inconsistently | Define thigh, inseam, outseam and opening POMs | Approved measurement chart and size-set evidence |
| Symmetric curved high-low hem | Curve, apex or front/back drop varies | Set templates and hem landmarks for both legs | Approved pattern, sample and finished measurements |
| Required drape and stretch behavior | Fabric hangs differently or loses waist stability | Approve project fabric in garment form and define criteria | Approved fabric/sample and applicable evidence |
| Functional pocket placement | Pocket bags distort crossover or add bulk | Define opening, depth, bag and reinforcement | Approved construction and fit sample |
| Repeatable faded finish | Shade or dimensions drift after finishing | Approve finish on selected fabric and verify final garment | Retained finish reference and measurement report |
Private-Label Customization
