How the Team Supports a Project

From First Review to Manufacturing Coordination

The exact workflow depends on whether you begin with a tech pack, physical sample, reference product, existing style or an early product concept.

01

Project Review

The commercial team reviews the product category, available references, quantity direction, project readiness and the main reason for contacting New Asia.

02

Development Direction

The project is aligned with an appropriate OEM, ODM, private-label or existing-style route based on the information the buyer can provide.

03

Product & Supply Coordination

Product, material and supply-chain requirements are clarified so the relevant manufacturing and sourcing resources can be reviewed against the project.

04

Production Communication

Approved specifications, sample decisions and buyer requirements become the reference for later production, quality and commercial coordination.

Project-specific responsibility: the people involved in an individual program may vary by garment category, manufacturing route, production site and buyer requirements.

Start With the Right Information

Help the Team Understand Your Project Faster

The most useful first message explains what you are making, how far the product has been developed and what you need from the manufacturing partner.

Product

Share the garment category and the closest reference: tech pack, physical sample, product URL, sketch or existing New Asia style.

Commercial Direction

Include estimated quantity, target market and whether the immediate goal is supplier qualification, product development or a direct quotation.

Technical Direction

Where available, include fabric, fit, wash, printing, embroidery, branding, packaging or other requirements that affect the production route.

Buyer FAQ

Common Questions About Working With the New Asia Team

Who should I contact if my product is still at concept stage?

Use the Supplier / Project Inquiry page and describe the product category, available reference material and the type of development support you need.

What if I already have a complete tech pack and quantity?

Use the Request a Quote page. A defined specification, product quantity and customization direction make it easier to review pricing, sampling and production planning.

Will one person handle every part of my order?

The commercial contact may coordinate the buyer relationship, while different product, supply-chain, manufacturing and quality functions can support different stages of the project.

Can I review the factory or supplier organization before ordering?

Supplier qualification can cover the relevant company entity, manufacturing site, capabilities and applicable documentation for the project. Use the Supplier / Project Inquiry page to explain the review scope.

Next Step

Start With the Team That Matches Your Project Stage

Use Supplier / Project Inquiry for qualification or early-stage development, or Request a Quote when the product and commercial requirements are already defined.
