Our MOQ depends on the product, fabric and level of customization. For selected existing styles, we can support orders starting from 50 pieces. Fully customized OEM/ODM production typically starts from 100–300 pieces per style or color. Contact us with your requirements for an accurate MOQ.
2. How long does sample development take?
Standard sample development usually takes 5–10 working days after the fabric, trims and design details are confirmed. More complex garments, custom washes or specially developed fabrics may require additional time. We will provide a clear sampling schedule before the project begins.
3. Do you provide OEM, ODM and private label services?
Yes. We provide full-package OEM, ODM and private label manufacturing services, including fabric and trim sourcing, pattern making, sample development, custom labels, packaging, bulk production, quality inspection and global shipping.
4. Can you work from a tech pack, reference sample or design idea?
Yes. You can send us a complete tech pack, physical reference sample, design sketch, product photo or initial concept. Our development team can help confirm materials, measurements, construction details and production requirements before sampling.
5. Can you source custom fabrics and trims?
Yes. Our sourcing and fabric R&D teams can develop or source denim, cotton, jersey, fleece and other materials according to your target weight, composition, color, wash effect and performance requirements. We can also customize labels, buttons, zippers, embroidery, printing and packaging.
6. What is your typical bulk production lead time?
Bulk production generally takes 30–45 days after sample approval, order confirmation and material preparation. The final lead time depends on the order quantity, garment complexity, fabric availability and finishing requirements. A detailed production schedule will be confirmed before manufacturing begins.
7. How do you control product quality?
We follow standardized quality control procedures throughout material inspection, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing and packing. Our teams conduct inline inspections, measurement checks and final inspections to help ensure consistent workmanship, sizing and order specifications.
