Typical MOQ Guidelines

Minimum order quantity is not one fixed number for every project. It depends on the garment category, fabric and trim availability, color count, construction complexity, size range, printing or embroidery, packaging, and testing requirements.

  • Send the estimated quantity for each style and color.
  • Tell us whether materials are custom-developed or commercially available.
  • Include your target size range and destination market.
  • If your quantity is below the practical production minimum, we will explain the constraint or suggest a more workable route.

Final MOQ is confirmed only after the product requirements have been reviewed.

Do I need a tech pack to request a quote?
No. A tech pack helps us assess the project more accurately, but you can begin with product references, sketches, measurements, material preferences, and an estimated quantity. We may need additional details before pricing.
What information helps you prepare an accurate quotation?
Product type, estimated quantity by style and color, size range, fabric and trim requirements, construction details, branding, packaging, target market, testing needs, and requested timeline all affect feasibility and pricing.
Can you quote from a reference image or physical sample?
A reference image or sample can start the discussion, but it may not define every material, measurement, construction, finishing, and compliance requirement. We will identify the missing information before confirming a quotation.
Do you support OEM, ODM, and private label projects?
Yes. The appropriate route depends on how complete your design and specifications are. Defined products usually follow an OEM path, while less-developed concepts may require ODM development before production.
How is MOQ determined?
MOQ depends on the product category, material availability, color count, construction, decoration, packaging, and other project-specific requirements. It is confirmed after review rather than assumed from a universal number.
