Product Overview

Fabric Specification

This style uses a denim composition of 87% cotton, 1.1% polyester, and 11.9% recycled fiber. The cotton content provides durability, abrasion resistance, and traditional denim structure, while polyester contributes additional dimensional stability during repeated laundering.

Moreover, the fabric composition supports stable grading performance across size ranges. Therefore, sourcing teams can better manage measurement consistency during bulk production and final inspection.

Camouflage Print Control

The garment features camouflage-printed denim panels developed for streetwear and utility-inspired collections. In addition, the printing process creates strong visual identity while maintaining the underlying denim texture.

During development, camouflage artwork, color tone, and print placement can follow approved samples or buyer artwork. As a result, brands can establish clear appearance standards before production starts.

Cargo Pocket Construction

This style combines a traditional two-pocket layout with additional side cargo pockets. Meanwhile, the cargo construction increases storage functionality without significantly affecting garment balance.

During sewing, production teams can customize cargo pocket dimensions, flap construction, pocket placement, and reinforcement methods according to buyer specifications.

Fit & Measurement Standards

The barrel-leg silhouette creates additional volume through the thigh and knee areas while gradually narrowing toward the hem. At the same time, the baggy fit profile supports contemporary streetwear and utility-inspired fashion trends.

Before bulk production, technical teams verify grading specifications and measurement tolerances. This helps buyers maintain consistency between approved samples and production garments.

OEM / ODM Technical Support

We support OEM, ODM, and private label development for this style. Furthermore, buyers can customize camouflage artwork, fabric composition, fit specifications, cargo pocket details, trims, labels, packaging, and grading rules.

If required, development can begin from a tech pack, reference sample, product image, or design sketch. Therefore, buyers can simplify product development and sourcing workflows.

Production Process

  1. Buyer sends tech pack, reference sample, product photo, or design sketch.
  2. Our team confirms denim fabric, camouflage artwork, print specifications, cargo pocket requirements, trims, labels, packaging, and fit standards.
  3. The sample team develops the sample according to confirmed requirements.
  4. Buyer reviews the sample and provides revision comments.
  5. Buyer confirms the pre-production sample before bulk fabric cutting.
  6. The production team starts bulk production after approval.
  7. QC staff conduct print inspection, measurement inspection, cargo pocket inspection, packaging inspection, and final quality inspection.
  8. The packing team ships goods according to buyer requirements.

Quality Control

Our QC team checks every bulk order against the Approved PP Sample before and during production.

Fabric Inspection

Before cutting, our QC team checks shade, weight, width, hand feel, print clarity, and visible fabric defects. For buyers, this step helps reduce fabric loss and panel inconsistency.

Pattern & Marker Verification

Before bulk cutting, the technical team checks grade rules, marker efficiency, camouflage alignment, grain direction, and panel orientation. Therefore, buyers can reduce size deviation and print mismatch risk.

Cutting Quality

During cutting, staff monitor notch accuracy, ply alignment, print positioning, and bundle separation. This supports stable assembly quality during sewing.

In-Process Sewing Inspection

During sewing, QC staff inspect SPI, seam allowance, cargo pocket placement, bartacks, zipper installation, waistband construction, and topstitch alignment. In practice, these checks help maintain consistency with approved samples.

Finish / Treatment Control

During finishing, the production team reviews camouflage print appearance, wash consistency, color tone, and overall garment presentation. Color difference control can be managed within Grade 4–5 gray scale range, subject to buyer requirements and final confirmation.

Final Assembly Inspection

Before packing, QC staff inspect buttons, zippers, labels, cargo pocket functionality, loose thread control, and final garment appearance. As a result, buyers can better manage retail presentation quality.

Packaging Inspection

During packing, the packing team checks poly bags, barcode stickers, carton marks, folding methods, size ratios, and packing quantity according to buyer instructions.

Final Random Inspection

Before shipment, final random inspection can follow AQL 2.5 / 4.0 per buyer requirement.

Third-Party Inspection

If required, third-party inspection can be arranged upon request.

Sustainability & Material Options

This product composition includes 11.9% recycled fiber based on the provided specification. Therefore, buyers should confirm final fabric documents before using recycled-content claims in retail copy.

We can discuss sustainability-related requests based on verified material availability and buyer documentation needs. However, we avoid unsupported claims and only recommend sustainability wording when selected fabric, certificate scope, and order documents support it.
