Yes. Fabric weight, color, relaxed fit, body length, sleeve length, shoulder width, hood shape, zipper type, zipper puller, side pockets, cuffs, hem, and rib quality can be discussed before sampling.
Can the zipper cover higher on the face?
Yes. The high coverage front zipper can be developed based on your sample or tech pack. We recommend reviewing zipper height, zipper guard, hood opening, face-covering comfort, and safety details during sample approval.
Do you support private label full zip hoodie production?
Yes. We support private label neck labels, woven labels, care labels, size labels, hangtags, barcode stickers, polybags, carton marks, custom zipper pullers, and other packaging requirements.
Can you adjust size for U.S. or European market?

Can you make heavyweight, solid color, or full zip hoodies?
Yes. We can develop heavyweight, solid color, full zip, double zip, oversized, relaxed, garment-dyed, washed, or streetwear hoodie styles based on your tech pack, sample, or design reference.
Can the 430GSM fabric be changed?
Yes. Fabric weight and composition can be adjusted based on buyer requirements. Buyers can request 430GSM fabric, lighter fabric, heavier fabric, brushed fleece, French terry, loopback fabric, polar fleece, or other selected materials.
Can zipper function be checked before bulk production?
Yes. Buyers can review zipper type, zipper length, slider movement, puller design, tape color, attachment, and high coverage comfort during sample approval. Our QC team checks zipper function against the Approved PP Sample during production.
Can rib recovery, shrinkage, or pilling be reviewed?
Yes. Buyers can review rib recovery, shrinkage, pilling, colorfastness, handfeel, shape retention, and wash performance during sample approval. Testing or inspection can be discussed upon request and subject to final confirmation.
Can testing or inspection be arranged if required?
Yes. Fabric testing, color fastness testing, shrinkage testing, pilling test discussion, flammability testing discussion, zipper trim review, and third-party inspection support can be arranged upon request and subject to final confirmation.

How do you ensure bulk quality matches the sample?
Our QC team checks bulk production against the Approved PP Sample. Inspectors review fabric, measurements, zipper function, hood coverage, side pockets, rib recovery, stitching, trims, labels, packaging, and final appearance before shipment.
What happens if there is a color difference?
For solid-color hoodies, color standard, lab dip, bulk fabric approval, and Approved PP Sample can be confirmed before production. For washed or garment-dyed versions, slight variation can occur due to fabric, dyeing, and washing processes.
Can you adjust the schedule if I need to expedite?
We can review the schedule based on fabric availability, zipper and trim readiness, sample approval, order quantity, and factory capacity. Expedited production can be discussed before order confirmation.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms can be discussed based on order value, buyer requirements, production schedule, and trade terms. Final payment arrangement should be confirmed before production starts.
