Yes. Buyers can request screen print, puff print, DTF, DTG, heat transfer, embroidery, patch, or appliqué decoration. Final placement and artwork should be confirmed before sample production.
Can you make heavyweight, double-zip, or oversized fleece hoodies?
Yes. We can develop heavyweight fleece, double-zip, full-zip, oversized, dropped-shoulder, relaxed, garment-dyed, washed, or basic zip hoodie styles based on your tech pack, sample, or design reference.
Can the 350g fleece fabric be changed?
Yes. Fabric weight and composition can be adjusted based on buyer requirements. Buyers can request 350g fleece fabric, lighter fleece, heavier fleece, loopback fabric, French terry, or other selected materials.
Can double-zip function be checked before bulk production?
Yes. Buyers can review zipper type, zipper length, slider movement, puller design, tape color, and attachment during sample approval. Our QC team checks the double-zip function against the Approved PP Sample during production.
Can shrinkage, pilling, shedding, or shape retention be reviewed?
Yes. Buyers can review shrinkage, pilling, fleece shedding, rib recovery, shape retention, handfeel, and wash performance during sample approval. Testing or inspection can be discussed upon request and subject to final confirmation.
Can testing or inspection be arranged if required?
Yes. Fabric testing, color fastness testing, shrinkage testing, pilling test discussion, fleece shedding review, flammability testing discussion, zipper trim review, and third-party inspection support can be arranged upon request and subject to final confirmation.

How do you ensure bulk quality matches the sample?
Our QC team checks bulk production against the Approved PP Sample. Inspectors review fabric, measurements, zipper function, color, stitching, fleece surface, rib recovery, hood shape, trims, labels, packaging, and final appearance before shipment.
What happens if there is a color difference?
For solid-color hoodies, color standard, lab dip, bulk fabric approval, and Approved PP Sample can be confirmed before production. For washed or garment-dyed versions, slight variation can occur due to fabric, dyeing, and washing processes.
Can you adjust the schedule if I need to expedite?
We can review the schedule based on fabric availability, zipper and trim readiness, sample approval, order quantity, and factory capacity. Expedited production can be discussed before order confirmation.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms can be discussed based on order value, buyer requirements, production schedule, and trade terms. Final payment arrangement should be confirmed before production starts.
